Returns and cancellations
For eligible online purchases, tell Stephtrinity Cosmetics that you wish to cancel within 14 days after delivery, then send the goods back within a further 14 days. No reason is required. Contact us through our contact page, quoting your order number and the items concerned.
Cosmetics and hygiene seals
The change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once their seal has been broken after delivery. This is not a blanket exclusion for all cosmetics and does not affect rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.
Refunds and return postage
For an eligible cancellation of your whole order, we refund the price and our least expensive standard outbound delivery charge. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence that they were sent back, whichever is earlier. We may deduct loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
You pay return postage for a change of mind. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. Please pack items securely and retain proof of posting.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Contact us with your order details and a description of the problem. Photos can help but are not a condition of your statutory rights. Sale items have the same statutory rights as full-price items. This policy does not limit remedies under consumer law.
